Q: I have no printer!
A: No worries, write out the stuff from the form onto paper. You’ll need to include your EXACT EMAIL, your PROFILE NAME, YOUR COMPLETE NAME AND ADDRESS, and that ID # that appears after your name on the page you’re suppose to print out. Write all of that out very clearly, ask your mom or a friend to make sure they can read it, then take that and the 20 bucks and send it to the address on the form. Then bam, we’ll know who to hook up with STAR and where to send the sticker! Make 10000% sure that you have no mistakes, especially with your email!
Q: I already have STAR but I want that Limited Edition sticker!
A: Send us the $20 and all the information, we’ll add 5 months to your account (it’ll extend your membership) and we’ll send you the sticker. Awesome.
Q: I live in or very close to NYC. Can I just stop by your office and give you the $20 and get my STAR and sticker?
A: Yes, but only on certain days and times. We’ll provide more info on that soon. If you’re interested, send us an email with what time of day is the best for you. feedback@omgpop.com
Q: How long will it take for me to get my STAR and sticker?
A: You should get your STAR within a few days of us getting your payment and info. The sticker will take a bit longer to get to you, but it’ll be worth the wait!
